Mabel Chu, Panelist | Entrepreneur | Business Strategy Consultant

Mabel is an entrepreneur from Hong Kong, now in Prince Edward Island, Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Tourism, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage Management. Mabel has over a decade of experience operating pet shops, education centres, and an e-commerce platform in Hong Kong. In PEI, she runs a pet store and education centre, supports international students, serves as Marketing Manager and Director of External Relations for the Chinese Society of Prince Edward Island, and serves on the Finance Committee for BIPOC Business & Professional Network. Mabel is committed to empowering small businesses and fostering economic growth in PEI.
